A set of three short waltzes composed for Piano Day, 2017, recorded in one sitting.

I recently returned to these to use them in one of my YouTube videos on composition. Since the original recordings are quite noisy, I did my best to clean them up for the video and have decided to upload the updated version here as well.

These pieces were heavily inspired by a set of Ravel waltzes that I played years ago entitled "Valses Nobles et Sentimentales". I remember being struck by the incredible craftsmanship in those seemingly simple pieces, and have always wanted to create a set of my own intimate piano waltzes.
